You can help Hitec IT, inc, a friend, and yourself by participating in the Hitec IT, inc. Employee Referral Program. You can earn a cash award of $1,000-$2,000 (subject to taxes) if you refer an external applicant who is hired and completes six months of continuous employment with any open positions with us.
The Employee Referral Program is open to all employees in Hitec IT, inc. The Employee Referral Form must be filled out completely, attach resume of the applicant and fax them at 703-961-8844. You cannot refer anyone who has already applied, who already works at Hitec IT, inc, or anyone who has worked at Hitec IT, inc. within the last twelve months.

Hitec IT, inc. reserves the right to determine whether or not referred applicants are qualified for position. Hitec IT, Inc. may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be reviewed for eligibility on an individual basis.
In the event an applicant is referred from more than one source for example, from two employees, or an employee and an employment agency the deciding factor will be the date of receipt of the referral. Participating parties will be notified when such situations arise.
